A crowded car park, and the red car needs to get out. Cars take two squares and trucks three; each one can only slide forwards or backwards along the way it is facing.
The puzzle is in the chain of blockages: the red car is stuck behind a truck, the truck can only move down, and a car is parked right below it. Unpicking the jam means working backwards from the red car to the vehicle that can move first.
Every puzzle is made by searching all the positions the vehicles can reach, so the fewest-moves count shown is exact.
Slide cars and trucks along their own lanes until the red car can drive out of the car park.

No — one vehicle sliding any distance is one move.
Only the red car, through the gap on the right.
Every reachable position is searched, so the count is exact.
