Loops, paths & regions
Puzzles where you draw: one loop round the grid, a path through every square, bridges between islands, or a grid cut into regions. Each line you add rules other lines out, so the picture builds up step by step.
Where to start
New to these? Begin with Number Path, Number Snake or Bridges — the gentlest rules here — then work along the list. Every puzzle has easy levels and a guide.
All 20 loops & paths
Slitherlink
Join the dots into a single loop. Each number says how many of its square’s sides the loop uses — no crossings, no branches.
Pearl Path
Draw one closed loop through every pearl: straight through white pearls, turning on black ones.
Number Snake
Fill in the missing numbers so 1, 2, 3 … N form one chain of touching cells.
Number Path
Start on 1, pass every number in order and cover the whole grid in one stroke — with optional walls in the way.
Bridges
Connect the islands with single or double bridges so each has as many as its number, and every island joins up. Visual, calm and very satisfying.
Galaxies
Each galaxy holds one dot and looks the same when spun half a turn around it. Paint the squares — auto-mirror helps — until every galaxy glows.
Rectangles
Divide the grid into rectangles, one number in each, equal to its area. Every clue is a factor-pairs question — great maths practice.
Domino Hunt
A full set of dominoes is hidden in a grid of numbers. Find where each lies — with given dominoes, checklist clues and a tray to drag from.
Knight's Tour
Move the knight in its L-shape to collect stars, find the shortest route or visit every square of the board.
Movement Patterns
Each puzzle brings a new piece with its own way of moving — learn the pattern from the demo, then plan a route to every gem.
Train Tracks
Use the row and column counts and the pieces in place to lay a single railway from A to B. No loops.
Pipe Link
Rotate pipe pieces until they all join up: no leaks, no loops, nothing pointing off the board.
Arrow Loop
Shade some squares and loop through all the rest. Arrows count shaded squares; shaded squares never touch.
Signpost Path
Link every square from 1 to the star — each next one somewhere in the arrow’s direction.
Fence Regions
Draw fences so every region has the same size; numbers count the fences around their square.
Pentomino Regions
Split the grid into pentominoes; matching shapes never share a side, and letters name shapes.
Pair Paths
Join each pair of matching numbers with a path. Paths never cross and must fill every square.
Slant Lines
Draw a diagonal in every square so the corner numbers are right and no loop forms.
Fenced Field
Fence in a field so every number sees exactly the right number of field squares.
Circuit Paths
Split every dot into separate paths that follow the rules. 25 puzzle types, plus a creator and step-by-step solver.
Questions
Where should I start?
Number Path and Bridges are gentle; Pearl Path and Slitherlink take more practice and reward looking at corners first.
Can I draw by dragging?
Yes — in the loop and path games you drag across the grid to draw, and drag again to remove.
